We have encountered an error in calculation of Distribution Loss factors for  
April 1st and 2nd, 1998. The error result in higher loss factor being reported for the 
22nd, 23rd , and 24th hour of those days. The problem has been corrected for 
all future calculations of the loss factors.

We realize that many of you may have used these numbers for your forecast 
and submitting bids to the ISO and therefore we are not going to correct the 
DLF's for April 1st and 2nd retroactively. 

We will use the same over estimated loss factors for the calculation of the PX 
energy credit provided to Direct Access customers.
